To see the "deactivated by DPI" flag in the budget with details spreadsheet, go to the details tab:
Unhide columns N - O
The column "Trans Type" will have either a 0 or 1. Filter on 1, which is "deactivated by DPI"
There may or may not be a lot of budget codes listed. You can copy them out to another spreadsheet and remove the duplicate ones, see below.
