Locating Employees who had entries for a particular week on a certain pay date

 

You can get this information from your payroll history spreadsheet - filter on the check date of 06/21/2012

 

 

Then click on the Show check box for Hours Paid

 

Then filter on the Hours Week 6 column and select Custom

 

 

and select 'is greater than" and type 0 - click on OK

 

 

That will provide your list!
